Job Summary:
The Sr Manager, Field Recruitment will be instrumental in helping Help at Home expand the great care we provide to our clients. This position reports directly into the Field Recruitment Leader and is part of the overall Field Operations Team. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment team members and supporting the full life cycle recruitment of our caregiver positions for multiple markets or regions.
While this position is remote, there are travel requirements of weekly travel within the state of Indiana. The candidate must either reside in IN or be willing to relocate.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of the Field Recruitment team, including setting goals and ensuring they are met for multiple markets.
- Lead the day-to-day activity of the team, partnering with operations leaders and hiring managers through the full life cycle recruitment process.
- Support the design and build of a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
- Work with the business to ensure caregivers are matched appropriately and successfully with clients.
- Develop the talent team's goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand.
- Recommend and implement both digital marketing and grassroots recruiting efforts. Execute, optimize and expand where needed.
- Lead the talent team’s launch and ongoing support of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
- Support the establishment and tracking of recruiting metrics.
- Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
- Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
- Stay up-to-date of labor legislation and inform leadership and managers about changes in regulations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years of management experience in recruitment; at least five (5) years of management experience overall.
- RPO or Staffing experience a plus.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional associates.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Role must be within the market (Indiana) they are supporting but can be remote within that geography.
- Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $100,000
