HHA Coordinator-Bilingual Spanish
Preferred is hiring an onsite Bilingual Spanish Speaking HHA Coordinator! We offer weekly pay between $25.00-$26.00 an hour!

What You’ll Do
- - Maintaining ongoing communication with patients, families, and referral sources
- - Scheduling and managing home health aides (HHAs), ensuring service coverage and compliance
- - Monitoring satisfaction and responding to any complaints or concerns with urgency and care
- - Coordinating with multiple departments and external vendors to support seamless service delivery
- - Maintaining accurate schedules and documentation through HHA Exchange
- - Supporting team operations through proactive communication, reporting, and workflow management
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Required Skills & Experience:
- - High school diploma required; some college preferred
- - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- - At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, home care, or a similar office coordination role
- - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HHA Exchange
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- - Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and home care industry regulations
- - Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
