Supervisory LPN

Supervisory LPN will support home care clients and caregivers throughout our Brunswick, GA territory.
Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the Clinical Leader and local market leadership, the Supervisory LPN collaborates with local and market teams to:
- Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs
- Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients
- Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff
- Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation
Qualifications:
- Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Energetic team player with a positive attitude
