We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Market Leader – Florida to drive transformational growth and market expansion across one of our most strategically important regions. This senior executive role, ideal for a true Growth Leader in Healthcare, will focus on dynamically growing the business through service line diversification, creation of adjacent market opportunities in personal care, increasing current line of business penetration, and maximizing value from ongoing acquisitions. With strong operational leaders managing day-to-day execution, this role will dedicate primary energy to accelerating growth in a complex, evolving market.   
 

Candidate can be located anywhere in Florida- ideally Central or South regions.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead Market Growth & Service Line Expansion 

  • Identify and pursue adjacent service lines in personal care and innovative market opportunities to fuel Florida’s growth agenda. 

  • Rapidly expand current offerings by creating differentiation and increasing volume with new and existing partners. 

  • Execute inorganic growth strategies including acquisition integration and strategic partnerships. 

  • Build and Strengthen Strategic Relationships 

  • Cultivate relationships with payers, referral networks, healthcare partners, and community organizations to unlock growth potential. 

  • Represent Help at Home as a trusted partner and market leader in Florida. 

  • Facilitate Operational Excellence Through Leadership 

  • Partner with key operations leaders across teams that impact the overall service and efficiency of your business – ensuring shared accountability and addressing emerging needs/issues of the Florida market 

  • Influence the flawless day-to-day execution within your team – driving clarity on objectives and strong coordination across stakeholders 

  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate systems and processes that support scalability and market development. 

  • Ensure Compliance and Clinical Quality 

  • Navigate a highly regulated nurse registry model, embedding clinical and regulatory excellence into every growth initiative. 

  • Collaborate with compliance and quality leaders to maintain the highest standards. 

  • Develop and Inspire High-Performing Teams 

  • Attract, develop, and coach your leadership team to drive improved market performance and stronger succession readiness for the future.

What We’re Looking For 

Experience 

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience with a strong emphasis on business growth, market expansion, and innovation. 

  • Previous P&L ownership of a business of at least $40M 

  • Proven track record of identifying and launching new service lines and adjacent market opportunities within healthcare (or strong analog in terms of market complexity) 

  • Success driving inorganic growth strategies, including partnerships and M&A  

  • Healthcare or home care experience is not required; however, candidates with experience as a Healthcare Growth Leader are strongly encouraged to apply.
