The Interview Specialist reports to the Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding. The Interview Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough and effective video & phone interviews to identify and assess qualified candidates. They will engage with applicants in the applicant tracking system, interview, offer and schedule new hires for orientation. This role involves collaborating with the Recruiting & Onboarding Team and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in or near Pittsfield, IL.
