Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence III is an integral part of the Business Intelligence team. This role will be a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to a variety of functional areas by helping answer critical business questions based on data insights. Additionally, this role will provide analysis and expertise to help the business make strategic decisions and drive growth. This role is a subject matter expert (SME) in their given functional focus area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help lead and contribute to the strategy of the reporting needs for assigned function.
- Design, develop, maintain dashboards used by cross functional department leads that drive business decisions.
- Design reports for external reporting to our business partners.
- Partner with various functional areas to analyze our various cohorts, identify trends and impact of our new service line.
- Provide interim data to various teams to support ad hoc needs until formalized processes are in place.
- Maintain and improve existing reports that are deemed business critical.
- Analyze ad hoc data to provide insights to key cross functional teams including but not limited to; Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the Datawarehouse & Integration teams to develop standard reports that can be regularly utilized by the business.
- Compiles and contributes to maintaining accurate supporting documentation such as data dictionaries that will help the business digest new business insights.
- Support and lead data discovery and gap analysis requests.
- Build effective relationships with all cross functional leaders and teams.
- Partner closely with the process improvement team to effectively be able to drive process improvement as well as quantify the impact.
- Develop and drive change management strategies to support dashboard adoption.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills and highly detail oriented.
- Ability to translate technical details into end-user language.
- A natural problem solver with a desire to “dig into the data” and understand the how the insights impact the business.
- Demonstrated ability to be analytically proactive and solution oriented.
- Proven track record thriving in a performance metric centric role.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in a business intelligence, or data analyst role.
- Advanced in all Microsoft Office software, specifically, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience working with clinical data and claims data.
- Advanced SQL experience.
- CRM Analytics/Tableau and predictive analytics experience a plus.
- Snowflake experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to travel 10% of time; may fluctuate based on business needs
- Majority (90%) of work is conducted indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
